This website is operated by East Fork Nursery. By browsing it or placing an order you agree to the terms below. Please read them. They are short, and we have tried to keep them in plain English.

Orders and prices

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full. Most often that is because a plant has sold out between your order and our packing it, or because your address falls outside the states we ship to.

Prices and availability can change without notice. We try hard to describe and photograph our plants accurately, but a photograph is of one plant in one season. Living plants vary in size, in shape, and in how much they are in leaf or flower when they reach you.

Shipping, returns and the live-arrival guarantee

Growing information

What this site says about hardiness, mature size, bloom time, sun and soil is offered in good faith from thirty-five years of growing these plants in East Tennessee. It is guidance, not a warranty. How a plant performs in your garden depends on your site, your soil and your weather, none of which we control.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you give us and that the details are correct. We do not see or store your full card number.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your details up to date and your access to your email secure. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently.

Content on this site

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to East Fork Nursery unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced commercially without our permission. You are very welcome to link to us.

Liability

Except where the law does not allow us to limit it, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the version that applies to your order.
